For the month of November, our team of Sommeliers would like to recommend Lanson Pere & Fils Brut.
The famous Champagne house of Lanson was founded in 1760 and is today one of the oldest houses still in existence. It has long been known for its excellent wines and are a proud Royal Warrant Holder since 1900. We are therefore very happy to announce that Lanson is now our new house Champagne.
This particular wine is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, all harvested by hand at the perfect moment. Once it has been made into a sparkling wine, it is left to mature for four long years before leaving the cellar. This allows the wine to both soften up and develop those wonderful, rich, creamy and complex flavours.
Needless to say, this is not your ordinary Champagne.
